There are two main themes in the updates, ‘presentation’ and ‘enterprise ready’, with some overlap.
Last time we spoke the Presentation feature was just a twinkling in our eye, well actually it was a set of Flows in a Primary model and a UI design. Now those Flows have been brought to life ✨. Now you can show off your Primary model to clients and stakeholders.
Anyone with the Link – Password and Comments
If you are sharing your model with not-very-technical reviewers, who also happen to be worried about security 🔒, there is now an optional password on the ‘Anyone with a link can view’. Additionally, commenting can be turned off for non-logged in viewers. If you need full security, the ‘viewer’ permission is still available.
Enterprise users can integrate Primary with their SAML based identity provider. Primary now has a SSO sign on with field mapping, auto-provisioning and ‘single log-out’ options.
We had a lot of feedback about navigating in the review mode, it was a little confusing. To fix that we now have the ‘Kanban’ style grouped view of flows available in review mode.
Companies on a team plan can now delegate responsibility for billing to any team member with the Billing Contact update. You’ll find the configuration on the Billing page in your account settings.
The security of your data and the IP it contains have always been our number one concern. We recently completed a security review for a Fortune 500 client. This turned up a few areas that needed some tweaks, but we can now say our infrastructure and processes so we are truly ‘enterprise grade’.
